Back on Track Program
What is Back on Track?
The Back on Track program is a clothing shop at our Customer Connection Center located at 112 East Liberty Street in Over-the-Rhine. It provides our customers, both men and women, with free clothing for job interviews and work, as well as emergency clothing.

• Appropriate work attire for job profession
• Coats
• Underwear
• Hats, belts, ties
• Shoes, socks, hosiery
• Jewelry
• Purses
Who can take part in the program?
Clothing is offered to low-income men and women who have completed job training or work readiness programs, and are preparing to enter the job market.
All clients must be referred to the shop by a caseworker.
Clients may visit Back on Track twice a year with six months between visits. Each client may receive up to three outfits per visit.
When is the clothing shop open?
The Back on Track Clothing Program is open 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Customer Connection Center located at 112 East Liberty Street in Over-the-Rhine.
How can I donate to the Back on Track Program?
Items needed for men include:
• Coats
• Gloves
• Winter hats
• Suits
• Jacket
• Slacks
• Dress shirts
• Ties
• Casual work shirts and pants (including jeans, sweaters, and work appropriate sweat shirts)
• Socks and shoes (including steel toed boots and gym shoes)
Items needed for women include:
• Coats
• Hats
• Gloves
• Pants
• Shirts
• Casual dresses
• Blouses
• Sweaters
• Work appropriate sweat suits
• Socks and casual shoes (including gym shoes)
New under clothing is also needed for both men and women.
We ask that all donations be clean, in good repair, and labeled Back on Track – Work Wear.
Donations can be dropped off at our Customer Connection Center located at 112 East Liberty Street during the following hours:
• 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
• 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturdays
• 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sundays
