To those who are eligible, our Customer Connection Center in Over-the-Rhine can provide emergency assistance or make referrals:
- Food
- Housing
- Utilities assistance
- Clothing
- Birth certificate / ID services
- Protective Payee (financial management)
Please bring the following:
- State ID / Driver’s license
- Proof of current address (utility bill, paycheck stub, phone bill, etc.)
- Birth certificate or Social Security card for each person in your household
