Mark your calendars for the 17th annual Cincinnati Canstruction Competition! Starting on bright and early on Tuesday, March 11th 14 teams of architects, engineers, and construction experts will be putting their skills and creativity to the test with a friendly competition. Each team will create a large display entirely made of cans! Structures will be scored and winners will be announced on Friday, March 14th at the Awards Gala. Tickets for the Gala can be purchased here. If you can’t make it to the Gala make sure to stop by the Weston Art Gallery, Scripps Center, Downtown Public Library, Contemporary Arts Center, Center at 600 Vine, and the Downtown Hyatt Hotel to check out the amazing structure. Consignment Shop Sales Benefit Freestore Foodbank
Shop at Treasures 4 Charity and help support the Freestore Foodbank. The consignment shop is located at 2723 Woodburn Avenue in East Walnut Hills and features upscale furniture and accessories. The Freestore Foodbank receives 70% of the selling price of donated items. Treasures 4 Charity is open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
