From Plow to Chow
Join Chef Jose Navales for an evening of food and music at the Peterloon Estate on Saturday, June 22nd! From 6-10PM, guests will enjoy a 5-course meal prepared by locally sourced ingredients and enjoy music from local musicians. Tickets are $60 a piece and can be reserved by emailing fromplowtochow@gmail.com. Act fast because all reservations need to be made by June 8th! Proceeds will benefit the Freestore Foodbank.
Bank of Kentucky Golf Outing
On Friday, July 26th join the Bank of Kentucky for their second annual Community Outreach Golf Outing at Twin Oaks Golf & Plantation Club in Latonia, Kentucky. This year’s outing will benefit the Freestore Foodbank’s Giving Fields program. The Giving Fields is a community farm where fresh produce is harvested and distributed to our neighbors in need. Registration for a foursome is $500 and includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, and dinner. Or if you can’t make it on July 26th you can still sponsor the event!
