Strategic Plan
The Freestore Foodbank has finished our Strategic Plan for 2011- 2013, and we want to share our vision as a leader of a community mobilized to end hunger and address its causes.
Our Strategic Goals for FY 2011 – 2013 are to:
- Consistently, faithfully and increasingly answer the question – How can I help the Freestore Foodbank?
- Build operational excellence and strengthen leadership development
- Embrace new ideas to interrupt the cycle of hunger and poverty for as many customers as possible
- Tell our story to more fully engage our constituents
